$5.00 flat shipping rate, this is any weight or size. 

Most items are sent using an overnight service so it should be in your hands the next day (overnight Monday - Thursday and if ordered on Friday you should receive the goods the following Monday - Note: Couriers generally do not deliver on public holidays)

Orders under $250 are sent 'non signature'. Please add any specific instruction for your order via the delivery instruction box at checkout e.g. "leave at back door". If you wish to have 'signature required' please note this at checkout. If you select 'signature required' and are not home to receive your order a courier call to collect card will be left.  It is recommended for high-value orders that a signature is obtained. You may have an alternative address e.g. work address the order can be sent to. If sending to a work address please ensure you put the workplace name on the order. Some couriers will not deliver if a workplace is not noted.

If your parcel is large/heavy (larger than an overnight courier bag) it will be despatched on a 3-4 day courier service. Please also scroll down for dangerous goods and mountain bikes/ebikes shipping information.

Rural Courier Address:

$8.00 flat shipping rate, this is any weight or size. 

This is dispatched the same day from Motoxparts however rural courier delivery can take up to 2-3 days longer from the time it leaves our Distribution Centre depending on where you are in the country and whether your order is sent out in an overnight courier bag/satchel or boxed.

Australia Customers

$10.00 flat shipping rate by air, any weight or size. 

We only ship orders to Australia that are $150 and over. Track/Trace door-door by air 5 - 7 working days delivery time for most. Note: Delivery times noted are for city addresses, outside these areas shipping times may be longer. There maybe products we need to source from our suppliers before sending to Australia so this may delay the dispatch by 2-3 days. If you need parts sent straight away, please email us first and we can inform you if we are holding that particular item/s.

Australia Customs/Duties: Some orders may incur customs taxes in Australia. This is up to the customer to pay. Motoxparts has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in Australia. 

DANGEROUS GOODS SHIPPING

If your parcel contains aerosol sprays, air filter oil or air filter cleaner and Lithium batteries, delivery will take 2-3 days longer as these items are classed as dangerous goods and different freight methods are required. You can still track your order. We cannot ship these items to Australia.

Mountain Bikes/E Bikes

These will arrive boxed and require some assembly (Bars, pedals, seat, wheels). We recommend this is done by a qualified bike mechanic. Shipping times on these will vary depending on wether it has a battery (Dangerous Goods). We say to allow 7 working days for delivery on these items.

Please note - Shipping times do not include weekends or public holiday dates. After public holiday weekends or holiday dates, shipping may take 1-2 days longer than normal to get to you as the courier system can get overloaded. Once the package leaves us it is then out of our control. We dispatch on the day up to 3.30pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) and really hope the Courier can deliver the service we pay for but unfortunately there are times when this may not happen.
